Compression Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Compression Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain compression machine used in the manufacturing process. The operator will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with safety and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor compression machines according to production requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Set up machines, including adjusting machine parameters, tooling, and operating conditions.
• Monitor the production process and ensure products meet required quality specifications.
• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
• Accurately record production data.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the machine and equipment.
• Complete production and machine records accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating compression or manufacturing machinery is preferred.
• Technical or vocational education is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, production processes, and quality requirements.
• Ability to read and follow operating instructions and safety procedures.
• Chemical or Mechanical Diploma.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
