We are looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Support employee to provide first-line support customers. This role involves handling customers, understanding their inquiries, helping them or redirecting them as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance in person, via phone, or email.
  • Redirecting customers as needed as per the latest SOPs.
  • Maintain logs of issues and solutions, ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Ensure all help desk requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry.

Requirements:

  • Familiar with using computers and commonly used software (MS Office, browsers, email platforms, etc.). 
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. 
  • A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Alternatively, proven hands-on experience in a help desk or technical support role is acceptable.
