We are looking for a customer-focused Help Desk Support employee to provide first-line support customers. This role involves handling customers, understanding their inquiries, helping them or redirecting them as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance in person, via phone, or email.
- Redirecting customers as needed as per the latest SOPs.
- Maintain logs of issues and solutions, ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Ensure all help desk requests are handled in a timely and professional manner.
- Data Entry.
Requirements:

Familiar with using computers and commonly used software (MS Office, browsers, email platforms, etc.).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Alternatively, proven hands-on experience in a help desk or technical support role is acceptable.
